-cross posted to personal blog-

I said I’d take a better look at Yamapi’s chart forecast this evening. That I did. Back in August I was already onto something after releasing Yamapi’s natal chart, but I barely skimmed the surface. Now that he has been writing more revealing entries on jweb (besides today’s lunch), I got curious once again. The result of this is what I call ‘a piledriver’. It basically means many things are happening after eachother which culminate to a certain point.

Firstly I’ll show the graphic and some text based astrological information before proceeding to what it means:

When you look at it you can start to see a theme revolving around the indicated areas in the natal chart. Primarily a Chiron theme as it’s position is quite vital to his chart right now.

If I had to keyword this:
KEY arrogance and self knowledge [Jupiter square Sun]
KEY pain and healing [Chiron transits]
KEY restrictions and breaking free [Uranus conjunct MC]
KEY asserting one self [Chiron square Mars/Node]
KEY loneliness [Saturn square Moon/ square Chiron]
KEY transformation [Transits from the 8th house]

The following is a literal copy / paste from astro.com regarding Tr. Chiron square Mars:

Enemies around every corner *** Valid during many months: During this time you should be careful and keep a tight rein on yourself – especially if you are anyway of a spirited disposition. On the one hand you have considerably increased vitality at your disposal – your willpower and ability to assert yourself are more pronounced than on other days, and physical needs will make themselves felt more too; on the other hand, however, there is also a definite tendency towards using this energy inappropriately, or aiming for a particularly unsuitable objective. In concrete terms this means that although you assert yourself effectively and lay great emphasis on achieving your wishes at this time, you could well proceed in an inconsiderate manner towards others or, above all, yourself.
If you are after some kind of “conquest”, it is quite possible that under this influence you ignore warning signs and advance too directly and abruptly. In this way you could well receive a very clear rebuff, which would, in fact, have been totally unnecessary. Therefore do not allow yourself to be led by your present, particularly strong desires and needs into simply ignoring the slight restraint or rejection of others – the results could otherwise be unnecessarily painful. During this time there is also the danger that you scent competition or opposition where there is none – following the maxim “He that is not with me is against me”. If you are too sensitive and quick-tempered, take every criticism personally and react in an offended manner, then around every corner is an enemy, every conversation can turn into an argument in which you finally, without reason and probably without conscious intent, hurt others and are presumably yourself hurt to the same extent. In your professional life this can lead to your showing yourself up for no reason at all, which you would regret later on. If you have a firm relationship, there could be, for the same reason, ugly jealous scenes which later prove to have been senseless and futile.

All in all, I don’t think this has been an easy year for Yamashita, I’ve also taken a look at the solar return. Let’s just say the enormous square figures indicate quite some tension. I guess Yamapi has gotten to know himself better this year, but not in a pleasant manner. It was forced. He has gotten to know the restrictions of himself and his environment, which he may have encountered with methods that didn’t work in the beginning. It looks a year of assertion/ agression/ pain/ retreat. Trying to break free of restrictions but being flung back to question your own motives. Since most of the transitions are occurring from the 8th house I say: Welcome to my domain, as the 8th is the house of my residence. Whatever you tried to force down just caught up on you this year didn’t it? If I were to advise this in consultation: keep a cool head, think before you act and above all listen to yourself. Try to connect to your deepest layers. If you refuse to you will just get more anxious and get yourself in even worse situations. Don’t be afraid to face yourself, because in that lies transformation and in this lies true self knowledge. *shakes head* I can just imagine what this means to a guy ‘who hates to loose’. This is not the way, the 8th will just suck you back in and devour you. Learning this lesson begins on your knees in front of that mirror. It doesn’t begin with hiding it or fighting it. To be honest, when it concerns this house you might not even be aware you’re fueling your own misery until it’s too late. The 8th message simply is “don’t live with your head up your ass thinking you can just do whatever is convenient”.

That being said, I’m convinced the worst is over. He might experience a kickback next year, seriousness depending on how well he uses this period.

To me it’s also no surprise he’s chosen to express some of it in some form just recently due to the fact that Mars and Sun were completing a T-square to Natal Mars, Natal Jupiter and the Natal Moon.

*** I made an err in the graphic “Saturn fast through Gemini should be fast through Virgo”.

Tonight I stumbled across a thread on the astrology weekly forum that asked astrologers to guess the profession of the person with the following chart:

It was revealed he/she was indeed an entertainer. You can track it back to birthday if you really want to without birth information, but the point is: Sun, Mercury, Venus! I’ve mentioned this in earlier entries, and it does seem to be occurring more frequently in Entertainer charts.

I’ve been sitting on this for quite some time. I’ve put some charts of Yamapi’s best friends in comparison to his chart. There’s quite a few interesting things shown here at first glance, which I wanted to share with you.

The below is a quadriwheel of the four of them. I’ve placed comments at interesting places.

Note that I only have the birth time of Yamapi. What that means is that the planet positions of the other three are inaccurate and could differ by a degree or two. Their Moons are unreliable, since the Moon travels about 13 degrees in a day.

What does seem to stand out is the following:

Two of his friends aspect the axis (Asc/Desc) with their Sun’s. Statistically well done.

Two of his friends have a natal aspect between Mars and Jupiter. Two of them make aspects to the Natal Jupiter of Yamapi with their Mars, one in the reverse and one Jupiter/Mars conjunction on the axis. Statistically well done.

Two of his friends have an animus (Mars) / anima (Venus) planet conjunct Saturn in his 5th house oppositing his natal Mars. Statistically well done.

What also always strikes me as statistically well done is that entertainers seem to have more Sun/ Mercury/ Venus stelliums. Both Yamapi (in Aries) and Jin (in Cancer) have one. I’m also aware Kame has one (in Pisces). Toma has a Mercury/ Sun conjunction, so no Stellium. However, this is in the native sign of Venus (Libra). You do have to take note here that Venus and Mercury can never be more than 60 degrees apart, so this is only ‘statistically interesting’ if the Sun joins them.

I’m still pondering how to explain the meaning, but as said, the connections are clearly visible.

As I published the natal chart of Tomohisa Yamashita, I will be doing follow ups to see where I went wrong and where I was right. A few days ago Yamashita published in his jweb that his knees were giving him trouble. I remembered to have written something about joint related problems in my publication. So I went back to read it. This is what I wrote:

For Neptune in the sixth house, there’s real danger from medically administered drugs and care is needed with household gas appliances. Care is needed when dealing with addictive substances. There is a heightened risk of injuries to the feet. The area of the hip (joint) is indicated as prone to wear faster.
Sleep is raised in importance with this position, as he will need it to prevent a whole range of ailments. The square between Mars and Jupiter may indicate a higher than usual need for Vitamine B12 and Folic acid; it rules the production of red bloodcells. It may also cause accidents since there’s a tendency to take risks.

I identified it as being the hip joint, the knees are a bit lower than that! So while I identified ‘joint’ as being a problem due to the affliction of Neptune in the 6th house (health) I had attributed the body parts more to Pisces/Saggitarius than to Capricorn. I’m now unsure why I wrote it up that way since Neptune is obviously in Capricorn!! I do notice my approach to astrology is from time to time “Uranian” (only minding the aspects), which may have played a part in this. If you want to see how obvious this should have been to me try this query on google. That’s what we call a ‘slap ones forehead’ moment.

Close I’d say, but in the eyes of many probably not close enough. However, I think I’ve gained some more confidence in pinpointing where in the chart health problems exist as at least I picked Neptune out of all the objects in the chart and allocated the lower part of the body. Pretty good astrology in my book, I just need to keep my eye on the signs!

Firstly, I must apologise for the state this website is in, I’m aware this is going to draw numbers of visitors which I would rather have had when everything on this site was finished. However, since I finished my work on his natal chart, I could no longer keep this sitting on my hard drive. A natal chart can be described as a personality profile by usage of astrology. Secondly, writing day to day english is also a lot easier for me than actually publishing something of this nature since I’m Dutch. I’ve tried to correct the mistakes, but I’m pretty sure there’s still remaining.

Who is he? Next to practising astrology for half my life I’m also quite the fan of ‘all things Japanese’. This includes Japanese boybands and one person in particular: Tomohisa Yamashita (山下智久）, better known as Yamapi. I have taken the time and effort to create a personality profile because he was just screaming to get one pimping his birth time in his jweb (it’s sort of a cellphone subscription diary).

I don’t think it will be of much interest to those that don’t know him, but I sure know a big clan of people that will be curious. It was written by a fan, for the fans and it’s my first publication in celebrity astrology. I kind of always avoided it because I always thought it’d make the matter kind of cheezy, but I’m convinced I’ve managed to create a good and valuable piece. You can download the pdf file here (douzo):

I intend to research and publish more about him. When or what exactly I’ll publish is unknown for now.
