Could you take a look at my chart?
At current, I have a form on my site under the menu option “Ask the astrologer”. You are able to fill out a form there with your question and submit it to me. I take astrology seriously and I want to be able to give questions the right amount of attention. The page with the form will explain how this works.

The answer is no. You are free to distribute any published PDF file, providing it is left intact. All AFAD’s official publications will be in PDF format.
I read some stuff on your website, but I don’t understand half of it. What’s going on?
You’re on the wrong website if you want to understand every word. It’s in my expectation that most articles and publications are still readable for the lay person. However, if some do not make sense to you; please assume they are to my colleague astrologers.
Why are there articles and publications without birth information?
That’s because random people have made their own birth information known on the internet or to myself personally whose names and birth information I’d rather not expose.
Hi, your natal chart regarding Yamashita is very interesting. So I was just wondering, to start with one chart for one self, where should I start and how should I begin? Can you guide me in some way?

If you want to look at what your chart looks like the best free calculation and readings are given by http://www.astro.com. They provide partial recipe readings. Recipe readings are an unbalanced look at your natal chart. Eventually when you’ve read them all, it is up to you to make sense of what weighs more and what weighs less and why. The “why” is advanced astrology, but you can come very far this way.
Now if you have a list of the symbols, many of the positions you can find out for yourself and look up again on more elaborate sites. Once you do, http://www.cafeastrology.com provides a whole lot more interpretations.
If you’re really serious about astrology, I always recommend learning how a chart is calculated from beginning to end to see how the planets and houses move. This gives you the ability to understand more advanced astrology. Check your nearest city library or online bookstores, depending on which funds you have/willing to spend. If you want to learn how to calculate it, without using automated sites, I can give you the means and information on how to do so.
If you’re tired of them and ‘the constant battle’, would you consider writing about the astrologers you like?

1. Sun and Moon house as also their aspects, most important in Solar Return.
2. Planets on the Angles: AC, IC, DC and MC (if there are some planets in conjunction, it can happen something on that area, otherwise there is little chance for some change)

Trish, I’m not sure exactly what you’re aiming at from your comment. This tutorial only teaches how to calculate the houses and the planets. Checking for aspects is another ballgame.
Every sign is 30 degrees. If there is a planet in Libra at 22 degrees, the sextile would be formed in Saggitarius (60), the square in Capricorn (90), the trine in Aquarius (120); providing you find another planet or object in these signs at around 22 degrees.
There is a margin for aspects, it doesn’t need to be found exactly at 22 degrees. This is called “orb”. I usually use 6 degrees and 10 degrees for Sun/Moon. So it could be a planet in Saggitarius forming a sextile when it’s located at 16 degrees. This is called an “Ingoing aspect”, because it still needs to go towards 22 degrees from the other planet. Likewise, 28 degrees is an “Outgoing aspect”. It’s still within orb, but has already been full.
Interesting analysis and approach. I suggest using Secondary Progression standalone but also in relationship with Transits and natal. If there will be a heavy time for sure it will be outline by progressions.

hi..this is a very interesting reading. can u do read my natal chart n tell me what perfect jobs for me? mine is 11/2/1983 born at 6.00am.before this i only have learn about metaphysics calculation n it’s accurate.and when i calculate yamapi n me, we were both are in mirror character.hmm..i guess i also a little bit too cool person same as him..but same character can’t be together because only a difference will filled up our empty life. sorry, my english a little bit bad..thanks..

When I ran the composite, it was very much the same as our natal charts with minor differences, albeit equally important. The moon conj. uranus for example – I do not have this aspect personally, but he does(wide orb?).
Well, I guess I’ll see which career I would end up choosing in a few more years.. or end up not choosing. Oooh, I cannot wait for those Uranus transits. lol

Ah, the form on my site isn’t only meant for horaries. I just simply preferred to answer this way because it’s been a topic of much heated debate in astrology; so there’s a lot written about it. Everytime you receive a question though, it’s possible to draw a horary in aid or assistance for answering the question.
Yup, I use a max of 10 degrees orbs on the lights (Moon/Sun). Though the tighter the aspect is, the more prominent. I tend to take it less in account if it’s a wide orb.
The same kind of Uranus transit Yamashita has in his 10th house right now;) Uranus is famous for breaking free from conventions, doing things you normally wouldn’t have. Like a fly attracted to fly paper, you can’t help yourself. As a resident 10th house Uranus myself: don’t be surprised you’ll find yourself struggling more and more with issues of freedom, fighting the status quo and just doing things to shock people. What’s so great of course, we can already see this in Yamashita’s behaviour at this time (since it has already passed his MC a few times). It was at the last passing he figured out he was unhappy with his ‘freedom’; wanting to just take it a little bit more his ‘way’. When it is Uranus, it’s not a form of selfishness, I think it’s just a certain point in time you just can’t relate to what’s considered ‘the paved road ahead’. It’s of course not all joy, I think you can guess where the discrepancy is. I’m expecting a lot from Yamashita when it hits Mercury, Venus, Sun. Because, I think it will give him what is required “the spark of invention” to reinvent himself in ways he never thought possible. And so, you will experience a similar feeling as well in your area of occupation.

The house of mercury means gemini and virgo.
In a bad place means the 6th, 8th and 12th houses, but for dorotheus it probably means by whole houses or maybe porphirius.
In a cardine means in one of the angles.
Hello, Could you also describe how to manually calculate planetary movements? For example, if I draw up a natal chart for someone and Jupiter is in house 4, can I calculate where Jupiter would be in 5 years? Is it as simple as adding 1/12 of the circle for each year? Or does retrograde movement have any effect? What about Pluto?

Depends on what type of prediction technique you are using. There are multiple to choose from: transits, progressions, solar arc, etc. I’m guessing you mean transitions. You actually won’t have to calculate anything at all if that’s the case. You simply look up the position of Jupiter in the Ephemeris. 6000 years of Ephemeris are available online in PDF format at astro.com, here:

So if this person is born now in 2009, five years later would be 2014. Look in the column for Jupiter in that year and you find the position of Jupiter.

For progressions there are several kinds of progression. Symbolic progression is the easiest, you simply add 1 degree to every planet in the chart. So if Jupiter is 5 degrees Saggitarius, in five years that’s 10 degrees Saggitarius. For symbolic progressions retrograde movement is not important. Pluto will go just as fast as the rest of the planets. Not many astrologers use this method though. I will dedicate an entry on progressions and how they are used soon.
