Disaster strikes! Number one source of RAW and Subbed drama’s going down, so it seems. At least in the way and manner which we know it today. Where this will take us? I don’t know, but it surely isn’t going to be an improvement.
D-Addicts has been the number one public resource for years. Actually for as long as I’ve been in fandom I’ve been on this site. So sad -_-.
There are many many drama fans out there, so I’m sure that – even if D-Addicts ceases to exist or is unable to provide the large community in a different form – it’ll be possible to get the distribution going again. The only problem with that is, “the flow of files” is going to get disrupted for a while there when they decide whatever they will decide. The only answer and power we have to counter that as users / drama lovers is word of mouth. So more on this news as it develops.
Edit #1: Tracker will be closed starting Monday, slowly letting the torrents die off. Going animesuki style, a way to keep “the flow of files” for the large part. On the other hand, other bittorrent trackers will again get a new user base pushed onto them. And so the wheels on the bus…
