Today I phoned up the travel agent I used before in 2007 to get a reservation on one of the plane tickets they offer. It seems my reputation precedes me, once again. Well, actually, the guy seemed to remember me even though he was not the person that handled the request last time. At least, I didn’t get the notion he looked me up in a system or something.

That was two years ago! haha.  Either they have too few customers or I was a mild pain in the butt again…

After receiving the flight info for approval, I know for sure I was a mild pain in the butt (lol). I asked two other questions just now which were left unanswered. “Maybe you overlooked these?” I sent in reply. I know they’re silly questions, but I’m an IT Service Manager, I’m supposed to leave people close to no room when it comes to agreements and required info’s.  

Nao I am amused! Specifically how fast that went from Dear Madam to Hi Feles-kun!
